Crave Maternity Ordering and Pricing   

Ordering

Shopping with Crave couldn’t be easier. There are three ways for you to order:

Shopping online is designed to be quick, easy and secure - please click here for more information on how to use our secure site for quick and easy browsing and shopping.

Availability

Our website and sales staff should be able to give you up to date accurate information on our stock levels. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. In the unlikely event that the goods are subsequently unavailable, we will notify you either by telephone or e-mail.


Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. Unless we confirm to the contrary the prices quoted are exclusive of any other import duties, taxes, imports and/or levies payable in relation to the goods.

Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and subject to current delivery charges. Payment may be made using Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, the bank exchange rate at the time payment is taken, which is upon despatch, will be used.  The currency exchange facility is a guideline only and the actual amount paid may fluctuate in line with current exchange rates.

 


Crave Delivery & Returns

 

We know and understand how important it is for you to look and feel great during your pregnancy so we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

●   Our fast and efficient warehouse staff will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, please note despatches are only made Monday-Friday and orders placed at a weekend will typically be despatched on the next working day, but during busy times this could take a little longer.

●    Your order will be sent via a Royal Mail recorded service or with Parcel Force which means your order will need to be signed for upon receipt so if you would prefer us to send it to your work address, please let us know.

●    Your order should be with you within 5 days of date of despatch, however please note that occasionally delivery by our preferred carriers can take longer to certain areas and overseas.

●    Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your order is about to be despatched and in the event that an item is out of stock we will advise you by email or by phone.

 

●     If you are based in the UK Next Day shipping is available for all telephone orders, the number to call is 0844 381 4998. (Please note:   It may not be possible to provide a next day service to Certain outlying areas of the UK) If you require a Next Day Delivery please call us before 2pm.

●       Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country when the shipment arrives in the destination country.  All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers responsibility.

 

Shipping Costs 

To the UK and the Channel Islands, on standard shipping (2-3) working days, £4.95. To the UK and the Channel Islands this standard shipping service is FREE on all orders over £50.00. 

To Eire shipping is £4.95

To Rest of Europe shipping is £6.95-£10.00 (Depending on Country)

To Rest of the World shipping is £10.00/ £12.00 (Depending on Country) 

 

*Please note, delivery times are based on an estimation of when your parcel should be delivered once it has been despatched.

 

Returns

Our unique fit testing process ensures that every garment looks great and feels lovely throughout your pregnancy and beyond so we are confident that you will be completely happy with the high quality and fit of the items you have ordered.

 

●    In the event that you need to return anything to us, we ask that you return them unworn and in their original packaging, within 14 days*. If a returned item is not in re-saleable condition we will not be able to offer a refund. Should you have received an item which is in anyway faulty then please notify us immediately so that we may try our best to resolve any issues. 

●    If you would like to exchange them for a different size or colour or a completely different item, please complete the enclosed paperwork and return it to us, along with the garment, and we will despatch the new item to you free of charge.  If the items you request are of greater cost then we will need to contact you to be able to take the additional payment, so please supply contact details.

●    If you would prefer a refund, please advise us on the paperwork and we will process the refund for you once your return has arrived at our warehouse.  

●    Please allow 28 days for the refund to show on your statement.  

●    Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge for despatching the goods.

●    Crave is not responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us therefore we do not provide a free post return label wthin your parcel. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

We recommend that all items returned to Crave are sent via a recorded delivery service and that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on return to us.
