  • All orders over £50 qualify for the free P&P within the UK,
  •  If, at time of purchase, you used an offer code then the following Terms and Conditions still apply.
  •  Offers that require a code to be used cannot be used together - they are mutually exclusive. If you have more than one offer code you should enter your preferred code (ensuring you meet the qualifying criteria).
  • If items are returned and the order no longer meets the qualifying spend a refund will be calculated according to the value of the items kept at full price.*
  • If items are returned and the order no longer meets the qualifying spend for FREE POSTAGE a refund will be calculated less the cost of standard postage. 
  • Crave reserves the right to remove or extend the offer at any time.
  • Items in the Clearance Sale and the offers category count towards your total spend.
