The following are the terms and conditions dealing with the use of our website and services and by registering with us and/or by making a purchase you are agreeing to be bound by them.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products and services by you via www.cravematernity.co.uk, by phone or by email and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Crave is the trading name of Mast Clothing Ltd and is referred to throughout this section as Crave.
Ordering
No contract shall exist between you and Crave until Crave has sent you an e-mail or telephoned you confirming acceptance of your order. Crave is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods or the order appearing on the site. Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns note.
You acknowledge that Mast Clothing Limited trading as Crave own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site and the business of Crave (including the structure design and layout of the web site) and assert all such rights worldwide.
You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must obtain Crave's prior written consent before you use the web site or any part of it in any other manner.
All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the CraveMaternity.co.uk web site, from their own web site or from a third party‘s web site, without our prior consent.
Crave attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free.
Crave does not accept liability for any errors and admissions and reserves the right to change information, specification and description of listed goods, and products at any time.
Crave does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by virus or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Crave does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site, or any failure to complete a transaction.
Crave does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of use of the web site for any products or services purchased from the web site.
Crave will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement does not confer or purport to confer on any third party any benefits or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.Crave will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control.
Time shall not be of the essence in the performance of this Agreement. If for any reason any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The terms and conditions and contracts between you and Crave shall be governed by European law and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the European courts.
By using this site you agree that we may hold and use the personal data which you supply to us concerning you in accordance with this privacy policy.
We will use the personal information to supply goods and/or services to you (as appropriate), to contact you as required and to arrange payment through your relevant credit or debit card.
We may also use information to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, use of services or special offers from us which we think you will find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information please email us at sales@cravematernity.co.uk requesting your removal from the mailing list.
Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to any third party without your express authority, save where disclosure is reasonably required for our business purposes (for example to any courier firm used to deliver goods to you or as part of a genuine reconstruction or sale of the whole or a substantial part of our business undertaking) or as set out below. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can let us know by sending an email stating this to sales@cravematernity.co.uk.
Personal information will be held at our offices at The Barn, Saddington Lodge Farm, Shearsby Road, Saddington, Leics, LE8 0QU and for the purposes of processing payment (and maintaining records of the same) may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
When you place orders or access your account information we offer the use of a secure server and the software on the server encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorised access. We may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Your right to cancel your order
Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from us through our website or over the telephone, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This right does not apply to any personalised product(s), to any product(s) which have been made or adapted to your requirements, to any product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as toiletries.
You must exercise this right by notifying us of your wish to cancel in writing by e-mail to sales@cravematernity.co.uk or by post to Customer Care, Mast Clothing Ltd, The Barn, Saddington Lodge Farm, Shearsby Road, Saddington, Leics, LE8 0QU, at any time up to and including the 8th working day after the date on which the product(s) was collected by you or delivered to you. The product(s) must then be returned to us and you will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us. Where all products on an order are returned, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in delivering the product(s) to you in the first place in addition to the cost of the product(s).
You must take good care of all products which you wish to return to us in accordance with your above right to cancel. The product(s) must not have been used (although you can of course try it out or try it on, as applicable, providing it is not damaged as a result and remains in the same pristine condition as when delivered or collected) and must be returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and with your e-mail order confirmation, the delivery note and returns sheet.
Please note, your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations is the right to cancel your entire contract or order, subject to compliance with the above requirements. All products ordered at the same time as part of the same order form part of the same contract with us, even where delivered on different occasions. Where you have ordered a number of items, you are not entitled to return some but not all of these under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Subject to our normal returns policy you are able to return part of your order for a refund or exchange of the items returned.
