Your right to cancel your order
Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from us through our website or over the telephone, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This right does not apply to any personalised product(s), to any product(s) which have been made or adapted to your requirements, to any product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as toiletries.
You must exercise this right by notifying us of your wish to cancel in writing by e-mail to sales@cravematernity.co.uk or by post to Customer Care, Mast Clothing Ltd, The Barn, Saddington Lodge Farm, Shearsby Road, Saddington, Leics, LE8 0QU, at any time up to and including the 8th working day after the date on which the product(s) was collected by you or delivered to you. The product(s) must then be returned to us and you will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us. Where all products on an order are returned, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in delivering the product(s) to you in the first place in addition to the cost of the product(s).
You must take good care of all products which you wish to return to us in accordance with your above right to cancel. The product(s) must not have been used (although you can of course try it out or try it on, as applicable, providing it is not damaged as a result and remains in the same pristine condition as when delivered or collected) and must be returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and with your e-mail order confirmation, the delivery note and returns sheet.
Please note, your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations is the right to cancel your entire contract or order, subject to compliance with the above requirements. All products ordered at the same time as part of the same order form part of the same contract with us, even where delivered on different occasions. Where you have ordered a number of items, you are not entitled to return some but not all of these under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Subject to our normal returns policy you are able to return part of your order for a refund or exchange of the items returned.
